By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Lucky Draw Pro is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides the following digital services:
Important: Lucky Draw Pro is a purely digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products or goods.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using Lucky Draw Pro, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Lucky Draw Pro offers the following subscription plans:

All new users receive a free 7-day trial with access to 2 campaigns and 50 participants per campaign. No credit card is required for the trial.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept:
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
New users are entitled to a one-time free trial of 5 days. During the trial, you can create up to 2 campaigns with 50 participants each. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform. No payment is collected during the trial.
As a user of Lucky Draw Pro, you agree to:
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and materials on the Lucky Draw Pro platform are the intellectual property of tryviraldraw and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content (campaign data, participant lists, images) that you upload to the platform.

We strive to ensure that our platform is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime due to:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tryviraldraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tryviraldraw, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
