Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and purchases made on the Lucky Draw Pro platform, operated by tryviraldraw (website: tryviraldraw.com). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
Lucky Draw Pro offers the following paid subscription plans:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
2. Free Trial
All new users receive a free 7-day trial with access to 2 campaigns and 50 participants per campaign. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial is designed to let you fully evaluate our platform before committing to a paid plan. We strongly recommend using the trial period to determine if the service meets your needs.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:
- How to cancel: Log in to your dashboard and navigate to your subscription settings, or email us at support@tryviraldraw.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription".
- Effective date: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until that date.
- No future charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
- Data retention: After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
4. Refund Policy
Since Lucky Draw Pro is a digital SaaS product and access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are handled as follows:
Refund Eligibility:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not created any campaigns or used any premium features during this period. If the service has been used substantially, a proportional refund may be issued at our discretion.
- After 7 days: No refund will be issued. However, you can cancel to prevent future charges.
- Duplicate/Erroneous charges: If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment), a full refund will be processed regardless of timeframe.
- Technical issues: If the platform experiences a prolonged outage (more than 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the service, we will issue a proportional credit or refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@tryviraldraw.com
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]"
- Include the following details:
- Your registered account email address
- Transaction/payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt)
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
6. Refund Processing
- Review time: We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the decision via email.
- Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Bank processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If you have actively used the platform (created campaigns, collected participants, drawn winners) beyond the 7-day window
- Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Change of mind after substantial usage of the service
8. Plan Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference between plans during an active billing period.
9. Plan Upgrades
When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new plan rate will apply from the next cycle.
